BB1 – API610 pumps
These pumps are horizontal with axial separation (two-piece housing) and bearings and due to symmetrical hydraulic design, the radial forces are minimized and vertical loads are greatly reduced.Two angular contact bearings and one roller bearing on both sides bear the task of bearing the residual radial and axial forces. Special designs come with hydrodynamic bearings and a variety of leakage seals. Other benefits of BB1 pumps include balance of hydraulic forces, high critical speed and easy repairs. This pump is manufactured under the name PB1.
